What we collect
When you price delivery or get an estimate, we use the address you type to work out the drive from Keaau.
When you ask for a firm quote, we save your estimate, the site address and the day you would like, with your name, email and phone, to prepare the quote.
When you request a booking or a quote, we collect your name, email, phone, site address, dates and any notes you add.
When you join the waitlist for taken dates, we keep your name, email and those dates, and email you if they open up.
When you book, ask for a quote or join the waitlist, we email you a short code to confirm your email address. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
Why
To price, schedule, deliver and bill your job, and to email you about it. Nothing else.
Who sees it
BAMF Land's owner and operators, and the scheduling system BAMF Land runs. Google Maps receives the address you type, to suggest matches and measure the drive. Google Workspace carries our email.
Every visit passes through Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the site.
Stripe runs the ID check and holds your card on its own secure pages. We never see your full card number.
When online payment and ID checks arrive, Stripe will handle them. Until then we take care of paperwork by phone, and the deposit is paid in cash or by check.
What we never do
We never sell your information or share it for advertising. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics scripts.
Keeping and deleting
We keep booking records as long as tax and insurance rules require. Ask us at contact@bamfland.com to see or delete anything else we hold about you.
